Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

• Cakes and bakes are made in a kitchen that handles all major allergens, including gluten, soya, dairy, wheat, soya, eggs and nuts.
• All cakes and bakes can have traces of nuts
• Please do not order if you have any allergies or intolerances
• Hateful speech, bullying and unlawful behaviour towards myself will not be tolerated and appropriate action will be taken 
• It is your responsibility to ensure that personal details are correct.

CAKES

• No order is confirmed until the full  non refundable deposit of 25% is made. I will not follow up for deposit payment to be made
• Deposits are non refundable, however orders can be changed for a different date
• Cakes will not be released until the remainder of the balance has been made
• I am unable to copy exact reference photos. Cakes are my own interpretation of the given photos. No refunds will be given for not copying the exact photos
•  Cakes can be paid via bank transfer, payment link or PayPal. No cash payments are accepted
• Advise of any allergies or food intolerances before ordering
• Once cakes leave my premises, I am no longer responsible for any damages or accidents. If you have an accident or cause damage, I may be able to fix the cake at my own discretion and at an extra cost
• Do not carry cake boxes from the sides. Carry the boxes from the underneath
• Do not hold boxes or put cakes on seats when travelling. Place boxes onto flat surface in front of the seats and drive carefully
• Not all decorations are edible, please remove before eating
• for safety reasons, some cake and cupcakes include dowels and toothpicks for the decoration and sturdiness. Please do not push faces in cakes as this can be extremely dangerous. 
• Store cakes as per terms in your invoice and your receipt. Different cakes require different storage methods 
• If for any reason, there is a problem with the cake, package the cake in original box, contact me as soon as possible and I will arrange collection to investigate the issue. If I deem the issue at the fault of myself, a refund will be processed. 
• Refunds will not be processed if you do not like the look or taste of the cake. This is subjective and down to personal preference 

TREAT BOXES

• Treat boxes are packed with all the appropriate packaging to ensure maximum freshness
• Boxes are packed with bubble wrap to ensure maximum protection of the bakes. However due to movement in transit, some bakes may break. Orders will not be refunded or replaced due to this as this is beyond my control and it does not affect the edibility
• Due to the nature of perishable products, returns are unable to be accepted
• Cancellations are only possible up until 4pm the day before posting. If you need to cancel, inform as soon as possible. Cancellations will incur a 25% processing fee
